Cherryville, NC (WNN) - Starting tonight, February 20th, 2026, it will be up to Cherryville natives to solve a murder. Or at least you can try to do so before the cast of the Cherryville Little Theatre's production of Deadline gets to it. In this murder mystery comedy, eight mystery writers will be brought to an island, unaware that they are to take part in a story themselves. This play is by Don Zolidis and is being directed by Travis and Felicity Sinclair.
Many familiar faces will return to the stage for Deadline. Faithful goers of the Cherryville Little Theatre are likely to recognize performers from last year's selection of plays, such as She Kills Monsters: Young Adventurers Edition and Irving Berlin's White Christmas. However, this play will also be seeing some actors making their first appearance in Cherryville, and you can learn more about each one by visiting the CLT Facebook page.
