Delay On Highway 150 Due To Leak:

Cherryville, NC (WNN) - Late yesterday, a small leak was detected in one of the secondary water lines going under Highway 150 across from Howell Street. To ensure the integrity of the road, City of Cherryville employees are replacing the line. 

They estimate completion at around 1 PM today, October 17th, 2025. Until then, expect a slight delay when using Highway 150. Those wanting to avoid the area can take Academy Street to Paul H. Beam Road, as shown in the map below, to return to Highway 150.
